Who can apply now?

1. E-Shram Card Holders

2. PVTG community
Preference is given especially to the most backward tribal communities.
3. Health emergency
Those who require serious medical treatment can apply with medical records.
These special applications can be submitted from October 4, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Corrections in existing cards are also possible during this period.

The timings of the centers are usually from 10 am to 5 pm. The process may take 15 to 30 days. In urgent cases, the process may be completed within 7 days.

- Aadhaar card of all family members
- Residence proof (electricity bill or voter ID)
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate (if required)
- Passport size photo
- Birth certificate for children below 6 years
- Medical records for health emergencies
- E-Shram card (for special applications)
Biometric authentication is mandatory. Legal action may be taken if false information is provided.
